Our family's favorite kids water bottle is the Yeti Rambler Jr. 12 oz Kids Bottle with Straw Cap because it is incredibly durable.

I hesitated to buy a Yeti for my kids because of the high price tag. Looking back, I wish I had bought the Yeti Rambler Jr. in the first place.

Yeti Rambler Jr. is worth the higher price tag because it will last for years! We have two that are in good condition after many years of heavy use. Every other water bottle that I've bought for my kids has ended up in the trash.

I'm so impressed with this kid's water bottle, that I recently recommended the Yeti Rambler Jr. to my sister for her twin's preschool water bottles. Yes, preschool water bottle!

Preschool might seem early to purchase a high quality water bottle, but buying a Yeti Rambler will save you money. I wish I could go back in time and purchase the Yeti instead of a handful of water bottles that ended up in the trash. You won't be buying and throwing away water bottles that break.

We frequently make a 6 hour road trip to visit family. The kid's Yeti's are a must pack item. Once, I packed a Yeti Rambler Jr. and a plastic water bottle for the kids to use on the trip. The plastic water bottle broke 3 hours into the trip. The Yeti made the trip undamaged and we still use the same water bottle years later.

Another good example of the durability of the Yeti Rambler Jr. is that our old Yeti Rambler's have no dents. My kids use these water bottles at school, for sports and on road trips. Surprisingly, even though we have had the Yeti's for years (and they get dropped, tossed and rolled) the Yeti's haven't dented.

The Yeti Rambler Jr. doesn't leak, so I don't worry at all when I pack it for school, use it in the car or toss it in the bottom of a bag. Make sure to twist the cap on tight. The only time our Yeti's leak is if the cap isn't twisted on all the way.

I wash the Yeti water bottles in the dishwasher with no issues. Note, there is a separate straw piece that you need to keep track of. I've had no issues keeping track of the straws between washing and storing the pieces.

Another point to note is that the Yeti Rambler Jr. has a base that is slightly wider than our car seat cup holders, so the Yeti Rambler Jr. doesn't fit into our cup holders. This water bottle measures 3 inches at the base. My kids are old enough to reach/use the water bottles in the car, but keep the wide base size in mind if you have a small child who needs to use the cup holder.

Because I'm a real Mom out here, the last thing I want to mention is that the Yeti Rambler is strong and sturdy. If you have kids who fight in the back seat of the car, be aware that if your child swings the Yeti water bottle into a sibling or throws it, it will hurt. If your children tend to fight in the car, keep the water bottles up front with you.

The quality and outstanding durability of the Yeti Rambler Jr. makes it our family's best kids water bottle!
